The first design of the Nobel Center project is here – a public building in Stockholm, Sweden for science, literature and peace. On 8 January, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate 2022 met the Norwegian Nobel Committee for the first time. Ales Bialiatski has been imprisoned twice; firstly from 2011 to 2014, and from 2021 to 2025. He was still in prison when he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2022. Bialiatski was released and exiled to Lithuania on 13 December 2025.
